If you've been to our game, you probably know Adam and Ryan. Adam's about 5'1", 108 lbs (and that's pushing it). Ryan's about 6'4", 216, mostly muscle. We refer to Ryan as Adam's body guard. Anywho - Ryan made a conservative fold on the flop to a series of bets and calls, and watched his hand not only improve, but found out that it was already best on the flop. He was somehow surprised as the loose bets and calls, and decided to loosen up his own requirements a bit.

We managed to get sixty six pots over $100 to put the Bad Beat Jackpot up to $2,766. That's juicy. Lose a pot with AAAJJ (or better) when you and your opponent use both hole cards, and you're looking at 50% of the Jackpot. Best hand gets 25%, and anyone dealt in to the hand chops up the remaining the 25%. With a little quick math... looking at a ten-handed game, you could be looking at a little over a $170 free-roll just for watching a big pot!
