Lee-Laise!

Button in the ten seat.

Jefferson's in the seven, he limps in, E-Honda takes it up to $15 from the eight seat. Anne calls from the sb in the one seat, as does Keon from the bb in the two. Jefferson's last to act pf, so he tops it off and we see a flop.

KdJs2d. Anne checks, Keon leads out $51 into this $60 pot.

Jefferson ponders, calls. E says "raise." He looks around. Puts a meatball on top of the $51 bet. In retrospect, it wasn't a very big raise, there would be $213 in the pot if he just called.

But now there's even more, 'cause Anne has c/r'd her stack after Keon bet, Jefferson called, and E-raised. And Anne's got a good $200 in front of her.

Yeah, Keon tosses his shit in the muck. Jefferson has already ran into Seth's Royal Flush and several other cold-deckings for the night, he looks at his cards, looks at the board, looks at Anne, and E... then tosses his cards in the muck. Gets back to E, he's all-in, too. Action is over, and Jefferson says "I folded a set of deuces."

Now in some cases, you'd just roll your eyes and say "yeah... sure you did..." but coming from Jeff I found it pretty believable. He points to his two cards in the muck and I look at them. Sho'nuff... 22.

Good fold, Sir. Anne c/r'd her stack with a set of Jacks.

But ... E called with a set of Kings.

Sick hand for all.

Funny that Keon was the one leading out on that flop, though.

Cards in the air at 1920 this Wednesday! Come get some!
